Dale was introduced to filmmaking at Scottsdale Community College when he was invited to play the title role in "Mr. Philips," a short film by Danny Lukic, the award-winning director of "Dogs." After appearing in several student films, he worked with acting and comedy coaches Jean Fowler and Tony Vicich. Dale performs stand-up comedy and has most recently played sketch comedy with "Organized Chaos" at Entertainment Alley in Scottsdale. Since "Romey and Jules," Dale has appeared in several shorts and the feature films "Bryan Loves You," "Netherbeast, Inc." and "Jolene."

Dale is proud to have worked on this film. Andy Nelson's relentlessly driving directorial style and commitment to quality made the filmmaking process pleasurable despite the long hours and grueling conditions of the exotic shooting location. Dale would like to thank all of the cast and crew for their hard work and creativity in making this fine film.

Loring hails from the farm country near Chicago and will always be a fan of Da' Bears, White Sox and all things Chicago. He has loved movies and acting since being in diapers and feels fortunate to pursue his passion in Phoenix thanks to people like Andy Putnam who cast him as Detective Ty in Romey and Jules. A PROUD member of the Screen Actors Guild, Loring loves the challenges of acting even when his director is mean and makes him stay up ALL NIGHT .....ooops....sorry Andy. "All the worlds' a stage, and all the people merely players."

Douglas Passon

Douglas Passon
Doug Passon is a lawyer, a writer, and a movie and TV junkie. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his amazing wife Rachel, his son Nate and his dog Charles Montgomery (aka “Monty”). He first put pencil to paper at the tender age of seven, when he wrote a short story about the bloody consequences of a young boy’s incessant nose-picking. Although "Romey and Jules" is his first produced screen credit, he has written and published several law-related works over the last ten years. He is currently writing for a reality TV show in pre-production and working on his feature-length script, "Fountain of Youth", a thriller about steroids, baseball and organized crime.
